A New Chapter of Empowerment Begins Before officially launching our company, we were already helping individuals who faced common challenges. Without any marketing or promotion, people naturally came to us for assistance. We started by helping friends and family, and soon, more people felt comfortable reaching out. They came to us because they knew they would be welcomed without judgment—whether they were deaf, scared, loud, or in difficult situations. Everyone is welcome here.

We firmly believe that each person has the strength to overcome their challenges and achieve their goals. The first step is recognizing the need for support and being open to receiving it. Over the years, we’ve assisted with all kinds of needs: from paperwork and language courses to job training, individual guidance, and group support.

In November 2018, we officially launched Ozora Compass. However, despite our efforts to gain support from local authorities, our petitions were rejected. Our focus on helping non-Dutch speakers was not well-received, and we were advised to relocate to another city.

After five years of meaningful work, we decided to move to a place where we felt more welcome and where we could make a bigger impact. We’re excited to announce that we are opening a new chapter in Europe, with our office now based in Bulgaria, under the name Kardzhali Consulting.
